How to cancel an appointment?
Log in to your SadaraRdv account, go to "My Appointments" and click "Cancel". You can cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. A confirmation SMS will be sent to you.
What documents to bring?
Bring your ID (national card or passport), your health booklet, and the appointment code received by SMS. If you have a prescription or test results, bring those as well.
What to do if I'm late?
Contact the facility as soon as possible. If your delay exceeds 15 minutes, your slot may be reassigned. You can then reschedule a new appointment from your SadaraRdv account.
How to create an account?
Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page, enter your phone number and personal information. A verification code will be sent by SMS to activate your account.
